I found that I could eliminate the "stove time" in the morning and still remain cheerfully addicted to caffeine by taking one or two NoDoze with breakfast. Each pill contains 100mg, supposedly the same amount as in one cup of coffee. No withdrawal and you can still have coffee in town.
True, it is an imperfect solution and I would do well to just kick the caffeine habit, but that is unlikely.
