[pct-l] PCT for sale?

Take highway 36 east out of Redding. A bit after the town of Mineral, some 
roads go north into a valley a mile to the east of mounts Morgan and Conrad. 
ABbut 3 miles north, near the SE slopes of Mt. Conrad lies the property.  The PCT 
is maybe 3 miles due east on the other side of Sifford Mountain.  The trail 
veers away from the property on the north.   Maybe ten miles on down highway 36 
is the town of Chester.
