[pct-l] Sierra runs



Remember too that most people collect their water near heavily travelled 
trails and campsites. These areas are more exposed to people and sometimes 
animals than more remote areas farther upstream. Also, there are far more 
sinister things lurking in water than giardia. I must admit though that my 
own concerns and precautionary measures mostly revolve around giardia.
