[pct-l] Wind Speed Measurement



Saw wind speed measurement and thought somebody else might be caught up in 
the path of Hurricane Claudette! Luckily I don't live on the Texas coast, 
but San Antonio should be seeing high winds and nasty storm conditions by 
tonight. Might be interesting to go out and test the wind speeds!
