[pct-l] Public transportation in Oregon??

Does anybody know if there is some kind of public transport in Oregon, 
other than greyhound and Amtrak.

specifically, I am especially interested in the areas from Timberline to
Cascade Locks or Hood River, and from Crescent Lake to the Crater Lake
area, and from Hyatt Lake to Highway 66 to Callahans on I -5.  Some places
have a dial a ride system, but I haven't been able to find these in Oregon.
