[pct-l] food

use squeezable margarine, it is already a liquid, and comes in a big
squeezable plastic bottle, which is a bit heavy by the way.

i found it kept well even down south in the desert.

olive oil is certainly more gourmet, but squeeze butter ain't bad. and as
along you properly bag your squeeze butter you can send it in the mail with
no questions asked... well they might ask why you are sending yourself food,
but that is to be expected.

I've hiked with margarine and on warm days it turns to liquid. Take olive
oil in a leakproof bottle.
