[pct-l] mountaineering side trips



Add to the list Mt. Tallac, near Lake Tahoe; from the easy class 2 summit
you can see literally all of Lake Tahoe.

There are plenty of Sierra summits within spittin' distance of the PCT...all
depends on time and ability.
