[pct-l] Thrill seeking and water caches

ADZPCTKO Water Caches are the first Trail Angel stashes a northbound
thruhiker is likely to encounter on the PCT. Water is NOT always available
at these caches. They are meant to augment, not replace, the normal water
gathering activities of a PCT thruhiker.

The first such cache is before the climb into Oilflame Canyon. IF water is
present at this cache then the thruhiker may be spared from searching the
water sources in Oilflame. If not the thruhiker must revert to the existing
water sources as described in the PCT guidebook.

The second such water stash is at Scissors Creek. This stash, if available,
will allow the thruhiker to avoid pumping and filtering the cow-piss
infested water at Scissors.

The Sierra Club maintains a stash midway along the San Felipe Hills. This is
a 22 mile waterless stretch that typically leaves the thruhiker seriously
parched at Barrel Springs. The water cache is meant to make that stretch
somewhat more enjoyable but is not a supply that should be counted on.
Resupply is very difficult for Trail Angels and the cahce is OFTEN dry.
