One can usualy "scoot up" to the top--with a UL summit pack of 5-10 lbs
..and make it down to the rest of your gear before the weather closes in.
But even on a weekend with limnited time I and my buds will go as
far as practical then turn back BEFORE the weather closes in..usualy
u can see the storm b4 it is on top of u and have an hour to get down
to lower altittude/attitude!! hahah
