[pct-l] Re: PCT-L Tip for Esbit Users

Light your esbit with a wooden match instead of a butane lighter. I
use the small "rosebud" brand not the large kitchen match type. The
flame from a wooden match is much hotter than your bic.
With the Esbit tab in the stove and windscreen in place. Strike the
match and lean it against the fuel tab with the burning tip down and
the unburned end against the top of the Esbit. As the flame burns
upward from the tip of the match towards the Esbit it preheats and
lights the tab with one match almost all the time.
