[pct-l] Stream Crossings after the High Sierras

Now that I think about it,
there are places going around Mt Jefferson and Glacier Peak that might entail
wading.    Russell Creek on Mt Jefferson for sure.    I'm willing to carry
Tevas since I can hike in them too if I need to.
