I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but most cell phone
location
technology isn't really GPS based. I believe the location of the
caller is figured
out by triangulating signal strengths from cell towers. I'm sure there
are phones
that have GPS receivers built-in, but in general they don't.
