Maybe the NPS could use some user fee money on a video starring Tom on how to
pack 10 days food into a bear canister and make it required viewing before
venturing into a bear infested hell like the Sierras. THAT should solve the
problem.  Would $500,000 suffice for your services or would you prefer a
blank check?
 So, how tightly can one squeeze a loaf of bread? The size of a softball?
