[pct-l] Oregon fires update

The fire closest to the PCT appears to be the Cache Mtn. fire.  It
started a few miles to the east of the PCT and is moving away, so no
immediate danger.  However, Hwy 20 is closed both east and west of
where the PCT crosses it near Santiam Pass - no hitching until it
reopens, (expected Wednesday morning) unless a friendly fireman passes
by.

No other Oregon fires are near the PCT at this time, but expect a lot
of smoke.
