[pct-l] California PCT: section closed near Kennedy Meadows

Due to the McNalley Fire burning in Sequoia National Forest (and closing
in on Monache in Inyo National Forest) the forest service has closed the
PCT section going through Kennedy Meadows.  The closure includes the
road from 395 to Kennedy Meadows.  All travellers are advised to stay
north of Tempeleton Mountain in the Golden Trout Wilderness.

The next available spot north to access the PCT would be the Horseshoe
Meadow region, accessible via Lone Pine, CA.

Hope no one is too affected by this!
