[pct-l] JMT permits from Yosemite

I stopped by the permit station in the valley today
and asked about getting JMT permits.  The ranger said
that permits are available 24 hours in advance, but
you should be there when they open at 7:30 AM to make
sure you get a permit.  The permits do include the
Whitney zone.  Hope that helps whoever was asking!
