[pct-l] San Felipe Hills Water Cache - CLOSED

Assuming that all thru-hikers have passed through the San Felipe Hills 
already, I closed the water cache there and removed all the water jugs today. 


It seems that no one who wanted water had to go without as there were still 3 
gallons of water at the cache (and 4 more by the "Big Square post").
