Just as an additional bit of info:

I bought denatured alcohol in the paint section of my local Wal*Mart. Checked
today and found it  in the paint section of my local  hardware store. Most
likely available in most any paint section. Which means if you are flying into a
place, the place is probably big enough to have a hardware store with paint and
therefore denatured alcohol. BTW, the can specifically mentions it can be used
as fuel in alcohol burning stoves.
