[pct-l] protein



I also like instant soymilk and someone here on the list recently 
recommended Papdini hi-protein lentil orzo (orzo is like pasta-rice) which 
cooks with about 2.5 oz of alcohol on my Pepsi can stove. (Thanks to 
whomever suggested it!)

Soynuts, almonds and other nuts/legumes are good sources of protein as well.
