[pct-l] Inquiry about chest injuries

Does anyone have any experience with this type of injury?Shortly after 
leaving kennedy meadows on my thru-hike I started
experiencing pain in the right half of my chest front and especially 
back.hiked another 60 mi and then bailed.Kearsage to Independence.
5days rest hasn't helped.Now home .Appointment to see M.D. 
tomorrow.Chiropractor hasn't helped.
It's very doubtful I'll see canada this year.But I wanna get back
on the trail and  make it as far as I can.If anyone has had a similar
experience please share it with me via e-mail.
