[pct-l] Exception to "no-dog" rule in NP

There is a least one exception to the "no-dog" rule in National Parks.
At North Cascades NP in Washington:

"Pets are not allowed on any trail in North Cascades National Park
except the Pacific Crest Trail, where they must be on a leash."
