Nancy and I live in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in "Devil's Country":
California.
We cook with propane or wood, heat with wood, and last month our electric bill
was $13.98. Can anyone still connected to the Grid match that??
When I got off the trail last fall I had Giardia. After a 5 day treatment
of Flagyl I was cured, except for some lingering gasyness. It may not work for
everyone, but it worked for me, and I didn't have to join the armed forces
or go to Mexico (though I was trying to ;-) to get it.
Happy Hiking,
