[pct-l] Updated JMT Website Page

After several years of neglect, I've finally decided the John Muir Trail
page needed to be updated. So I've fixed all the obvious errors and broken
links. If any of you are doing any planning on an upcoming JMT hike and
notice any problems please let me know.

Also if you're planning a JMT hike this summer, they start taking
Reservations for Mt. Whitney starting February 15. So you may wish to
reserve you're early. You can find links to the sites with reservations on
the website.
