[pct-l] tunes on the trail

I thought it was interesting after
reading the book "the ultimate high" -
the story of the swede who biked from Sweden
to Nepal and climbed everest, than biked back -
that he used a walkman only as a psychological tool
in the face of "the avalanche of adversity".
