[pct-l] Painting Garcia Bear Cannister

I had good results with Testors spray enamel.  It's available at hobby shops 
and is intended for use on plastic models.  I painted a flourescent orange 
stripe around the can and then put my name on the stripe using a felt marking 
pen.  Stuck well and still looks good after 250 miles on the JMT this fall.
