[pct-l] Oregon Hike

I hiked Oregon 3 years ago in the month of September.  Had no trouble with
mosquitoes, the only rain was for 2 days on Lookout Mtn. where we holed up
until the wind ( tree uprooting type) and rain ceased.  In the most southern
part of Oregon water was dried up, but we made it okay.  Did not hang our
food, just stored it in our pack outside the tent under the flap, most
likely cause I did not know any better.
Have now moved over to the other side of the  mountains and it is sure good
to be back on the list with all its controversy.......
