[pct-l] Nortnern WA trail conditions

A lot of the trail will be bare and easy. Watch out for the raging torrent
coming off Mt Daniel, there is an alternate though. Probably there will be
a beaten path. However, you really need to take an axe for part of it.
With decent navigation skills it should not be a problem. I'd guess 75% of
the trail will be bare, 95% very easy to follow. 1% will really need an
ice axe unless you get lucky and the snow is very soft. Most of the snow
I've run into up high has been pretty hard packed in the Cascades at
5000'+.
