[pct-l] pepsi can stove

i, too, recently made the stove according to scott's directions.  it is now
in the possesion of an AT thruhiker, so it will get the long distance
durability test.  i'll keep the list updated as i hear.  i will be making
another for his drift box, just in case.

i'm also more interested in fuel efficiency rather than boiling speed.  the
next one i make (for my friend) will only have 5 or 6 drill holes in the
center of the top, rather than completely cut out, and the stove will be
filled with perlite.  from other friends on the east coast who have made
similar, single wall can stoves, the hot perlite helps vaporize the alcohol,
increasing efficiency (apparently), while only adding 1/2 oz or less.

in between all, this, i've GOT to get some work done...
