[pct-l] Wood burners

Ps a lot of places in the world won't allow a wood burner..NZ, Nepal,
etc.... etc..good luck>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hey there Dharmabum,
I have been in Nepal a half a dozen times and all the porters who have to
cook their own rice on numerous organized treks all burn wood. As well
as porters who are carrying anything and everything for a living.
The organizers of various treking outfits burn gas stoves in their
kitchens on the trail: to conserve the wood in the depleting forest of
Nepal.
Cheers, Marge the old gal
