I'm thinking about starting a business that provides backpacking trips.  I was wondering if anyone knows what the staff/guiding qualifications are, what land use issues/permits, and what the industry standards are.  If someone could help me out, or tell me where I could find out this information that would be great.  Hope to hear from someone.  Thanks.
