Being under-appreciated isn't all bad, Eric.  The Sierra can get pretty 
crowded on long weekends.  One of the really impressive things about the 
northern Cascades, at least for me, was being able to hike for three or four 
days around Glacier Peak, meeting almost no other people.  That's a REAL 
wilderness experience (or as close as we're going to get these days)!  -- Roy
