[pct-l] Money Trails

 Last summer I spent a week in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, No parking fees
or permit fees. Why does Oregon get 6 dollars for federal land but
Washington
gets three?/ This makes it hard to maintain the PCT in Wash. verse Oregon.
Does anybody have an idea how our Government doles the funds out? I believe
Washington fees are high for some of these reasons. Why is the Bob Marshall
so cheap???
