[pct-l] trees across trail northern section F

I was on section F from Cottonwood Creek on Piute Mountain to Walker Pass.    Lots of the
trail is very clear, due to lack of trees for miles, but there were a couple of exceptions

>From Yellow Jacket Spring north to the road to McIver, there were about a dozen standard
12" diameter Pinyons across the trail.    All had good bypasses and would be no obstacle to stock.

Further north, about 3-4 miles south of Walker Pass, on a steep sandy slope,
there are about half a dozen trees down, one more like 24", and a couple with sketchy 

bypasses.    If not hazardous to stock, they are certainly hazardous to the trail.
