[pct-l] Hoka shoes

Not at all! You tie them just tight enough so your feet don't slip and slide inside the shoe, and loose enough to put on and take off without typing/retying. This save loads of time and effort. It's not as difficult as it sounds. In my opinion, if you tie your hikers where they are difficult to take off, and too difficult to put back on, you have them tied too tight. Since your feet will swell on a thru hike, you'll pay the price with hot spots, blisters, and scrapes.
