Having just applied, I can say that I did not see any options for Mt Whitney. (That’s fine, I don’t plan on descending to Whitney Portal.)

Your reminder is good for folks that don’t know that one can climb Whitney from the PCT (westside)... to the east (top) without having to get a permit.
