My year was much colder, and I didn't get foot fungus till a bit
later. But by the time I hit Castella it was really painful.
I stayed a day with a friend who lives in Weed, and she had me to a
Betadine hot water soak twice while I was there, and "bam" the problem
was gone.
I still use this method a couple of times each summer. I even cured
some pesky toenail fungus with it.
Here is video that shows the method, only it is for the toenail
fungus, so disregard the bandage stuff.
