[pct-l] halfmile maps mileage changes

Sorry if this has already been talked about, but...

I've been planning using the 2015 version halfmile pct maps, and I noticed
that the waypoints have an 11-mile difference from the previous versions.
(I noticed this specifically on the Washington maps). Specifically, all the
waypoints in the new version are 11 miles less than the older version.

Does anyone know what, specifically, accounts for the difference? With the
re-route of the Suiattle River crossing, shouldn't the mileage have
increased?
