[pct-l] Survey about bike use on the PCT

Please folks, go take the surveys to give your opinion about bicycles being
allowed on sections of the PCT.

I find it interesting that the PCTRI wants a democratic process, but only
advertises to those that may be advocates of allowing bicycles on the PCT
that these surveys exist. I believe if they ask for opinions, they should
get them.

If these surveys will be used to show decision makers what people want on
the PCT, they should hear your voice, too. Give it to them. Be respectful,
