FYI--The OP is referring to 2 different places, here:

The Wind River Market (located @ the Texaco at the north end of town) 
always seemed like oversized convenience store, IMO. This is the one 
located at 11 Carson Frontage Rd.

The Yelp review posted is from the Carson General Store, slightly south 
of there. I've only ever been in there to buy a soda, but it looked like 
a full-service, if small, grocery store. Carson General Store is located 
at 1162 Wind River Rd, and it is located next door to the Carson PO.

I've never looked closely at either of these stores from the standpoint 
of resupply, but I just wanted to clarify to everyone that these were 2 
different establishments.
