[pct-l] Tuna Helper

Brings to mind a funny thing Tuna Helper did on the PCT in 2009.
I was told by other hikers he was carrying a 6 lb pack and a 2 lb lead
squid fishing weight.
He passed me at Sonora Pass where he and Lint packed a 12er of beer each.
That's when Tuna Helper took off down the trail and finished weeks ahead of
me.
It made me laugh when I reached monument 78 and saw that lead squid weight
resting at the base of the obelisk!
I wonder if some south bounder has or will ever consider returning that
weight to the cache?
