[pct-l] Peak snowmelt/stream flow

It appears, according to the National Weather Service, that the peak snowmelt will be happening in the Yosemite area the second week in May (1-2 weeks earlier than average), and will be about 20% than average.
Of course, the time of peak snowmelt probably varies by elevation, but the relationship to the average probably does not.
To me, this gives at least a 1-2 week wider window to do the trail this year, than average.
