[pct-l] TRT Parking

I read that trip report and was also concerned about leaving my car at Tahoe Meadows. I was supposed to do a thru of the TRT a few weeks ago but got smoked out by the Rim Fire. I had planned to start at Tahoe Meadows so I could resupply at Tramway Market at Kingsbury Grade, Echo Chalet / South Lake, and Tahoe City. In that way, the resupplies were fairly evenly spaced out. Be mindful of low water supplies around the north and east sides. As for the parking, when I considered going back up the following weekend, I had decided that I would see about leaving the car at a hotel I'd stay at before/after and loo for a cab/hitch/shuttle to get to the TH. The TRTA page has a comprehensive list of transportation options:http://www.tahoerimtrail.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=82&Itemid=167
Happy hiking!
