[pct-l] Legs of the PCT (Lint and Anish)- adding Gear

i found that with the liner and wearing the long underwear that i changed
into every nite  i was not cold any time in my 30 degree Western
Mountaineering bag, and there were a lot of nites that i slept just in the
silk liner on top of the bag.
