Triple antibiotic ointment, bandaids, small manicure scissors (always come
in handy!), ACE bandage, white athletic tape (Johnson and Johnson or
Metolius brand), JT Climbing Salve (for sunburn, chapped face/lips, skin
irritation, minor wounds), Spenco 2nd skin, Benadryl, Immodium, Advil or
Alleve, cough drops (if you need them you will be grateful you have them),
hydrocortisone cream, saline eye drops (small bottle), sterile scalpel
blade (to pop blisters; can be purchased without a Rx), metronidazole and
cephalexin (see your doc prior to the trip to get a Rx). Believe it or not
this all fits in my Granite Gear Air Pocket 5x7".
