[pct-l] bear problems in section G

There appear to be a few human habituated bears in these spots. They were
a problem in 2010, which was a wet year, so I don't think it's just the dry
year causing the problems. One juvenile bear put his claws into the
mosquito netting of Little Engine's and Plain Slice's tent at Spanish
Needle. It took quite a bit of stone throwing to shoo the bear away and
they and several others hiked on out. When I came through that section
late the same season, Joshua Tree Spring was covered in bear scat. Lots of
it. I got water and camped elsewhere.
