[pct-l] bear problems in section G

Hi, All-

Was perusing the water reports and noticed numerous mention of problems
with aggressive bears in the last week, at Spanish Needle Creek and Manter
Cr. in Rockhouse Basin.

I also remember last year problems with bears at Joshua Tree Spring.

Are these consistent with long-term patterns, or can it perhaps be
attributed to the last two drier-than-normal years?

>From the descriptions of the encounters, I really don't think I would be
interested in hiking this section alone right now.
