[pct-l] the aches and pains of the geezer hikers

There are a few of us so called "Geezer Hikers" that are doing the trail
solo (no support team). All the planning, all the packing, all the
mailing... just takes a little more time and a little more out of us but we
manage. Kudos to those of you that have someone to help. Be grateful,
whatever the cost, and don't ever take them for granted...
