[pct-l] Canada visa for foreign thru-hiker

Hello All,

I wondered if anyone knows about the visa requirement for a foreigner
entering Canada, if you have the permit into Canada via the PCT? Is a visa
also necessary? I have a visa for the US already. I am South African.
