[pct-l] Prevent fog!

So I found a product to help with the fogging. I found an old
container of stuff that looks like soap, but it was very dried out. It
is sold as glasses cleaner and fog prevention. I added a couple of
drops of water to it, and it works fine to prevent fogging. I bought
it at a sporting goods store years ago.
