[pct-l] Sore knees (aren't much fun)

I second that. I went to a sports medicine doc for knee pain. She checked
out my knees to make sure there was no structural damage and then sent me
to a physical therapist. 4 sessions and a lot of hard work and I have
almost no pain 2 months later.
